Late Arrivals:

Greetings and welcome to our salon! We request all our valued clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to guarantee top-notch service. Kindly be aware that a £10 fee will be applied if you arrive over 15 minutes late. For arrivals exceeding 30 minutes, we will need to reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation.

Cancellation:

To ensure smooth operations at Samui Thai Spa, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or modifications. If a cancellation is made after this window, a 50% service fee will be charged to compensate for our inconvenience. We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so please inform us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment or 3 hours prior if it was scheduled for the same day. Any cancellations that do not adhere to these guidelines will incur a £20 fee during your next visit. Thank you for your cooperation.

No-show:

  • Clients are reminded that failing to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation will incur a fee equal to 25% of the missed service.
  • Multiple missed appointments may lead to the refusal of future bookings.
  • Clients with prior no-shows might need to pre-pay for upcoming appointments.
  • Rewards or points within our Reward scheme may be forfeited for clients with no-shows.
  • Unsettled fees for missed appointments could result in declined or canceled future bookings, subject to Samui Thai Spa's discretion

Refunds:

We appreciate your choice of our salon for your beauty needs. At Samui Thai Spa, your satisfaction is our main concern. Understanding the importance of customer contentment, we strive to provide exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, kindly inform us during your treatment within 15 minutes of the massage treatment. Within this time, we offer a change of therapists or a full refund can be given if the client wishes. We are committed to resolving any issues and offering a refund if the mistake is ours.

Please note that services provided are non-refundable, but adjustments can be made within 15 minutes of your treatment. Should the client felt unhappy with the service after their visit, feel free to return to the salon to reschedule the treatment at no additional cost. As a sign of goodwill, this gesture valid only within 3 days after the treatment.

Product refunds are only available within seven days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging, with a receipt.

Health History and Illness:

The well-being and safety of our clients are of utmost importance at our facility. Kindly disclose any allergies, medical conditions, disabilities, or pregnancy status to our healthcare professionals. Our goal is to guarantee a pleasant and safe experience for you. Should you encounter any discomfort or symptoms throughout your treatment, please promptly inform your designated service provider.

Refusal of Service Policy:

In our salon, the well-being and satisfaction of both our team and customers are paramount. Hence, we retain the right to decline service to individuals displaying inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or whose health condition could impact the service provided. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Aftercare for Treatment:

For optimal outcomes, it is essential to adhere to the aftercare guidelines given. Keep in mind that results can differ among clients, and additional sessions may be required to achieve the expected results as discussed in the consultation.

 Gift vouchers:

Please be aware that our vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Kindly redeem your voucher within 6 months from the purchase date; each voucher can only be used once. Unfortunately, lost or void vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.

Samui Thai Spa holds no responsibility for any losses or damages related to:

  • Your purchase, redemption, or use of any voucher.
  • Your inability to use a voucher due to loss, forgetfulness, or void status, or if the wrong contact information was provided.
  • Unauthorized use of a voucher by individuals not approved by you.

At Samui Thai Spa, we provide various promotional treatments to help you unwind and revitalize. Please note that all promotions are subject to our discretion and may be altered or discontinued without prior notice.​

Beauty/ massage packages:

Please be aware that our beauty/massage packages are non-refundable which is available for purchase in cash; on a single payment only. The package must be used within 6 months from the purchase date.
